Event Schedule:

9:30am – Registration/Check-in Opens
10:30am – Lunch is available at the snack shack
10:45am – Announcements
11:00am – Shotgun start. We will be using the white tees (men) and red tees (women).
4pm – Cocktail hour with cash bar on the back deck
5pm – Opening remarks and dinner

Important Notices

• We strive to be a cashless event.

• Please have all members of your foursome check-in at the registration/check-in table. 

• Similar to last year, everyone will receive a bidder number at registration when they place a credit card on file. They simply need to share their number with volunteers throughout the day to purchase raffle tickets, mulligans, poker holes, putting contest, and other donations. Itemized statements will be sent out following the event. 

• Lunch is included. It will be served at the Snack Shack and can be enjoyed before the start of play at 10:30am or on the turn. Your choice of a hamburger, hot dog, or veggie burger; chips; and soda/water.

• There will be a cash bar during cocktail hour beginning at 4pm, credit cards only.

• Please join us for a buffet dinner at 5pm. If you would like to have additional guests join you for dinner, please email Kim Smith at Kimberly.smith@villaofhope.org to purchase dinner tickets at $60 each.  

Fun ways to support our mission during the tournament:

• 50/50 tickets will be 5 for $20 or 25 for $50. Tickets will be sold at registration and throughout the tournament/dinner. The winning ticket will be announced on Tuesday morning.

All 50/50 numbers will also be entered to win several raffle prizes! Winners be drawn during play and will be available for pickup during dinner.

• A small silent auction containing several pieces of autographed sports memorabilia will be available throughout the day. Bidding will close at 6pm. 

• Mulligans can be purchased at registration, 4 for $25. (Limit 16 per team).

• You have the opportunity to play a poker game on course:

  • Each par 3 will be a Poker Hole (4 holes total:  4, 8, 12, 17)

  • The cost to play is $5 per person per hole.

  • If golfer lands their ball on the green, they receive a playing card (no peeking). 

  • If they wish, golfers may purchase a second card for $3. 

  • The entire foursome keeps all of their playing cards until dinner.

  • At dinner, one extra card will be pulled by a Villa staff member and that card will be added to your poker hand.

  • The team with the best poker hand will be the winner. Each player on the winning team will receive a $100 gift card and 18-holes of golf with a cart from Deerfield Country Club.

• There will be a putting contest on the greens across from the snack shack. The winner will receive a Mizuno golf bag and iron from Rochester Golf Works. The cost to play is $5 per person.

  • There will be three putts, valued at 1 point, 3 points, and 5 points. 

  • The golfer with the most points will win the prize. In the event of a tie, there will be a putt-off.
