Event Schedule:

9:30 am – Registration/Check-in Opens
10:30 am – Lunch is available at the snack shack
10:45 am – Announcements
11:00 am – Shotgun start. We will be using the white tees (men) and red tees (women).
4:00  pm – Cocktail hour with cash bar on the back deck
5:00  pm – Opening remarks and dinner

Important Notices:

• We strive to be a cashless event.
•  Please have all members of your foursome check-in at the registration/check-in table. 
•  Similar to last year, everyone will receive a bidder number at registration – we will ask each golfer to place a credit card on file. Golfers may use their Bidder #s to purchase raffle tickets, mulligans, poker holes, putting contest, tips and other donations. Following the event, we will email you an itemized statement for the day.
• We will serve lunch at the Snack Shack – You may enjoy lunch before the start of play at 10:30am or on the turn. Your choice of a hamburger, hot dog, or veggie burger; chips; and soda/water.
• There will be a cash bar during cocktail hour beginning at 4pm, credit cards only. Tipping during cocktail hour must be in cash or added to your credit card purchase.
• Please join us for a buffet dinner at 5pm. If you would like to have additional guests join you for dinner, please email Catherine Orlandini at catherine.orlandini@villaofhope.org to purchase dinner tickets at $60 each.

• Place bids at registration and throughout the day
• 50/50 tickets 
• 5 for $20 or 25 for $50.
• You may purchase tickets at registration and throughout the tournament/dinner
• The winning ticket will be announced during dinner
• Silent Auction 
• Available immediately following golf and throughout dinner
• Mulligans 
• Purchase at registration, 4 for $25. (Limit 16 per team).
• Poker Game
• Each par 3 will be a Poker Hole (4 holes total:  4, 8, 12, 17)
• The cost to play is $5 per person per hole.
• If golfer lands their ball on the green, they receive a playing card (no peeking) 
• If they wish, golfers may purchase a second card for $5 
• The entire foursome keeps all of their playing cards until dinner
• At dinner, a Villa staff member will pull one extra card, which each team will add to their poker hand
• The team with the best poker hand will be the winner. Each player on the winning team will receive $100 gift card and 18-holes of golf with cart at Deerfield
• Putting contest:
• Held across from the snack shack
• Cost to play is $5 per person.
• There will be three putts, valued at 1 point, 3 points, and 5 points. 
• The golfer with the most points will win a prize. In the event of a tie, there will be a putt-off.
