Event Schedule:

9:30am – Registration/Check-in Opens
10:30am – Lunch is available at the snack shack
10:45am – Announcements
11:00am – Shotgun start (we will be using the white tees-men and red tees-women)
4:00pm – Cocktail hour with cash bar
5:00pm – Opening remarks and dinner

Important Notices:

• We strive to be a cashless event.
• Please have all members of your foursome check-in at the registration/check-in table. 
• Similar to last year, everyone will receive a bidder number at registration – we will ask each golfer to place a credit card on file. Golfers may use their bidder numbers to purchase raffle tickets, mulligans, poker holes, putting contest, tips and other donations. Following the event, we will email you an itemized statement for the day.
• We will serve lunch at the snack shack – you may enjoy lunch before the start of play at 10:30am or on the turn. Your choice of a hamburger, hot dog, or veggie burger; chips; and soda/water.
• There will be a cash bar during cocktail hour beginning at 4pm, credit cards only. Tipping during cocktail hour must be in cash or added to your credit card purchase.
• Please join us for a buffet dinner at 5pm. If you would like to have additional guests join you for dinner, please email Jennifer Gallo at events@villaofhope.org to purchase dinner tickets at $100 each.  

Fun ways to support our mission during the tournament:

• Golfer Package
  • $45 includes 5 tickets for the 50/50, 1 ticket for the Putting Contest, 1 Mulligan and entry into the Poker Game
• 50/50 tickets 
  • 5 for $20 or 25 for $50
  • You may purchase tickets at registration and throughout the tournament/dinner.
  • We will pull the 50/50 winner at the end of the evening. We will announce the winning number on Tuesday morning via our website. Villa of Hope will mail a check to the winner.
• Silent Auction 
  • Available immediately following golf and throughout dinner
• Mulligans 
  • Purchase at registration, 4 for $25 (limit 16 per team)
• Poker Game
  • Each par 3 will be a Poker Hole (4 holes total:  4, 8, 12, 17)
  • The cost to play is $5 per person per hole.
  • If golfer lands their ball on the green, they receive a playing card (no peeking) 
  • If they wish, golfers may purchase a second card for $5 
  • The entire foursome keeps all of their playing cards until dinner
  • At dinner, a Villa staff member will pull one extra card, which each team will add to their poker hand
  • The team with the best poker hand will be the winner and receive a prize.
• Putting Contest
  • Held across from the snack shack
  • Cost to play is $5 per person.
  • There will be three putts, valued at 1 point, 3 points, and 5 points. 
  • The golfer with the most points will win a prize. In the event of a tie, there will be a putt-off.
