We’re thrilled to share that our keynote speaker this year Buffalo Bills Running Back Ray Davis! Davis brings a powerful message of resilience and hope. After spending eight years in foster care and facing periods of homelessness, Davis has spoken openly about how football became his emotional refuge and a key part of supporting his mental well‑being during an unstable childhood.

Davis’s arrival in Buffalo marks a new chapter in his journey. Drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, he has quickly become both a dynamic athlete and a community leader, eager to give back to Western New York.  His drive to build a meaningful life off the field reflects the heart of Villa of Hope’s work—helping people rise from adversity, find belonging, and cultivate mental well‑being that leads to lasting success.
