Below you’ll find event details including the evening agenda, attire, parking, and other helpful information to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. What to Expect
An uplifting night of community, celebration, and purpose—honoring the individuals and families of Villa of Hope and the dedicated supporters who help us build brighter futures. Available on the night will be open bar, an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, a seated dinner, and an inspiring program. You can also partake in our silent auction featuring unique items including a couple of exotic trips that are only available to those who attend in person. You can also try your luck at our wine pull and dance the night away with Uptown Groove!

Location and Parking
Hyatt Regency Rochester, 125 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14604
Self-parking is available in the attached South Avenue garage. When driving, the parking lot entrance is connected to the Passenger pick-up and drop-off area. Just drive past the valet area and take a ticket. Signs will direct you to the Hyatt Regency parking area.
Day of Check In
At check in, you will be asked to provide your mailing address, mobile phone number, email address and credit card information. Mobile phone number and credit card is required for silent auction. This will be a cashless event. If you wish to provide the information before you arrive, please email your information to events@villaofhope.org.
Silent Auction Mobile Bidding
A mobile number will be required if you wish to bid on Silent Auction items. Once we receive your mobile number, you will receive a text message with bidding instructions. If needed, there will be a secure Wi-Fi name and password for your use. Using the secured Wi-Fi should prevent a lag in bidding time. Bid early and see what's available now! Click here
Wine Pull
For a $25 donation, you’ll get to select a mystery bottle of wine—wrapped and ready for you to uncork at home. Whether it’s a smooth red, a crisp white, or a rare vintage gem, every bottle is a winner and every pull supports Villa of Hope programs. Cheers to a little mystery and a lot of impact!
Please note: Wine bottles cannot be opened by Hyatt staff during the event.

Coat check will be on the 2nd floor at the top of the escalator to the left.
